Please note that returns must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery. The return period extends up to 15 days from the date you received the item. Returns sent beyond this timeframe may be challenging to process. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Damages reported after 48 hours of delivery will be the customer’s responsibility, especially for copperware items. Remember to include the reason for your return and any necessary photos for faster processing.

Unfortunately, we cannot predict the carrier in advance. International orders may be subject to customs fees and inspections, potentially causing delays.
