2. Refund Process: Upon receipt, we’ll process a full refund, deducting the initial shipping charge. Returns sent without prior request won’t be processed. Please include photos if necessary for faster processing.
3. Shipping Costs: Note that returns must be mailed at your cost. Returns sent to a different address will be returned to sender.
